Mauricio Pochettino insisted Chelsea dearly missed Cole Palmer, who has been their only bright spot in an otherwise forgettable season.
Palmer has netted 22 goals across competitions already and could have been a real threat for Arsenal.
However, the Gunners were in a class of their own and cruised to a 5-0 win.
After the game, Pochettino told reporters: "When you miss a player like this [Palmer], it is not easy.
"It was a great opportunity for some players to step up.
"We are showing this inconsistency and that is why we are where we are.
"We are able to have an amazing performance [against Man City] and then one like this. When we have bad days, we are so bad."
Well, Pochettino certainly got that last part right - Arsenal fans will agree with him.
