With Firmino's injury, Jurgen Klopp does not have many options up front, with Diogo Jota likely to accompany Mo Salah and Sadio Mane.
Midfield is the most intriguing part of the line-up, although a rested Thiago Alcantara has a good chance to feature alongside Jordan Henderson and Fabinho.
The backline is expected to remain the same as in the previous game, with Virgil van Dijk also rested in mid-week.
