- UEFA have decided to cancel their Youth League tournament for the 2020/21 season.
- The decision has been made by UEFA’s Executive Committee due to the travel restrictions in place around Europe because of a Covid-19 spike.
- Barcelona U19 had progressed into the knockout rounds and were initially drawn to face Dynamo Kyiv in the Round of 64.
- Real Madrid U19 won the competition in the 2019/20 season, but the 2020/21 campaign will have no winners due to the edition being scrapped.
