Thiago Silva to join Fluminense

Thiago Silva will join Brazilian side Fluminense as a free agent, Chelsea's official website confirms.

The move will be completed after the final game of the Premier League season against Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on May 19.

He will be registered as a Fluminense player on July 1 but will be allowed to train with his new side in the meantime. Silva has agreed a two-year deal with his former side.

Silva has spent four seasons at Stamford Bridge, winning the Champions League, Club World Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup. Overall, he's played over 150 games for the Blues.
