'Mentally hasn't been easy': Militao opens up on return from injury and 100th win for Real Madrid

Real Madrid's win over Alaves was Eder Militao's 100th win with the club. He has made 152 appearances for the Whites since his arrival.

“I'm delighted with everything I've been doing and the confidence that everyone has given me, I feel good. As far as the knock on my knee, it's nothing.”

Militao was out injured for a lengthy spell and opened up on how he got back from it.

When asked how his recovery has been, he added: “With the help of everyone, my teammates, the physios and the coach, who has given me minutes, I've been preparing in training and at home.

"And also mentally because it hasn't been easy being away for eight months. Now I'm coming back gradually.”
