According to talkSPORT, Erik ten Hag and his Manchester United squad will be hit with a pay cut for failing to reach next season's Champions League.
The boss reportedly has a clause in his contract that will see his wages slash by 25% if they fail to reach the top four.
The report also understands this won't impact only Ten Hag; the club intend to slash salaries of the players as well to show success or failure is a team effort.
Man United are set to have one of their lowest finishes in the Premier League. They have not won a single game since March 31, dropping points even from winning positions.
Ten Hag, meanwhile, faces an uncertain future amid the poor results. The report further adds that he could be let go for a lower compensation package if his current wages are reduced.
