Aston Villa lost to Brighton 1-0 earlier today, meaning they can no longer overtake the Reds.
Liverpool defeated Tottenham 4-2 at Anfield and are now on 78 points. Arsenal and Man City are on 83 and 82, respectively, with the Citizens having a game in hand.
