Liverpool transfers so far: £35m spent, 4 potential ins, 5 potential outs with probability ratings

Ibrahima Konate is Liverpool's only summer signing so far, so the Reds might've already completed their biggest transfer of this pre-season.

They'll have to offload several players to meet the squad requirements, though, while there's still a chance that another newcomer might arrive. After all, the transfer window will be open for over a month.

INs

A new name has emerged in the Liverpool rumour mill as ESPN report Houssem Aouar to be a potential target for the Reds.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Man United are also keeping tabs on him. Moreover, Liverpool's relationship with Lyon is not at its best since the failed Nabil Fekir transfer back in 2018.

Probability: 2/10

Reports that contradict each other keep emerging from Spain. In those, it's claimed that the talks between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid over a swap for Antoine Griezmann and Saul either are close to completion or have stalled. Go figure.

In any case, Fabrizio Romano has reported that Liverpool will be keen on Saul should the talks with Barca fall through.

Probability: 3/10

Liverpool are rumoured to be 'in touch' with Malen's agent Mino Raiola as they are looking to strengthen their attacking line.

There are concerns over the PSV forward's wage demands, though, as well as the fact that Borussia Dortmund view him as the potential Jadon Sancho replacement.

Probability: 3/10

The Sassuolo winger has been linked with Liverpool for several years, and he's back here again.

According to Corriere della Sera, the Reds are 'especially interested' in signing the Euro 2020 winner in a deal that could involve Marko Grujic. We'd wait for more reliable sources before jumping on this bandwagon, though.

Probability: 1/10

OUTs

As for Sassuolo's interest in Grujic, it has been confirmed by several credible outlets. The Serbian midfielder would be their first choice if (or rather when) Manuel Locatelli leaves the club this summer.

Porto are also rumoured to be willing to bring Grujic back, but they have not met Liverpool's valuation yet.

Probability: 7/10

The Athletic's James Pearce has confirmed that the young Welshman is likely to leave the club this summer, and Liverpool are prepared to sell for ₤10m.

Leeds, Southampton and Burnley are mentioned as the sides that have expressed an interest.

Probability: 8/10

Another Welshman in the Liverpool squad is valued at between ₤12m and ₤15m.

Benfica are interested, as well as Premier League newcomers Brentford and the relegated West Bromwich Albion.

Probability: 8/10

The Swiss international who impressed at Euro 2020 is reportedly wanted by Lazio.

Sources in Italy claim that the Serie A side have made an offer of around ₤10m. The Athletic claims that Liverpool value Shaqiri at ₤13m.

Probability: 6/10

Jurgen Klopp would be happy to keep Nat in the squad but should the centre-back express desire to leave, Liverpool will be prepared to grant him this wish.

Phillips will be allowed to leave Liverpool for around ₤15m, with a number of the Premier League clubs certain to be interested.

Probability: 5/10
