Max Allegri shared his views on Juventus' performance following their tough goalless draw against Atalanta. The Bianconeri struggled in the attack, but their strong defence saved them from any consequences.
Wojciech Szczesny was one of the best players on the field, as he skillfully saved Luis Muriel's free-kick. Allegri made sure to praise his goalkeeper for the great save.
As reported by Footitalia.com, Allegri said: "Szczesny is one of the best goalkeepers in Europe. Unfortunately, bad evenings happen. We didn’t lose because of him, as we straightened the game out."
On the overall performance of the team, Max Allegri added: "I’m happy with the performance. It wasn’t easy, but we played sixty good minutes. We had some problems from a technical point of view, we should have verticalised more."
"We could have been more precise and calm in the first half, but the boys were very good, playing a good game."
